Lesson 6: Nested Ring Magnet Design

​ In this lesson, you will learn to design a magnet with 2 interlocking rings. Tools and techniques to be used in this course are used in many jobs. That's why you should learn these tools well. Let's start the lesson immediately.

First, take the ellipse draw tool in the toolbar on the left and draw a circle while holding down the CTRL-key. Then, while holding the dimensioning corners of the circle you draw and holding the SHIFT key, slide the mouse inwards and create another circle with the left click. If you want, you can draw another circle in the circle you created instead of doing this operation. If you learn the method I told you first, you can do your work faster and properly. Select these two circles and click on the COMBINE tool in the top toolbar. Thus, you will have created a single object. Copy one of this object you created into a blank space. Make the second object you copied slightly smaller than the other. These two objects will be a man and a woman ring. When you complete the process, your screenshot should be as follows.
